Join the multi-award winning Tempus charcuterie team at their HQ to learn the skill of making world class breakfast staples. You’ll learn butchery, curing and sausage making at their purpose built site in Surrey and most importantly will be taking home your creations to enjoy with your friends and family

 

The class will be run be one of their expert charcutiers and will be accompanied by some great Tempus salami to enjoy with a beer or two…

19:00: Saddle butchery for bacon and sausage

20:00: Spice mixing and salting – EQ method – weighing out cures and curing bacon
